Dave Dooley spent more than twenty years as a law enforcement firearms trainer, including nine years at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. He is actively involved with the United States Practical Shooting Assoc., the International Defensive Pistol Assoc., the National Rifle Assoc. and the International Assoc. of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors. He holds training and instruction certifications too numerous to list here.
During the course of his career he held a wide variety of assignments in both patrol and investigations including positions on two different Interagency Narcotics Task Forces and the elite Controlled Substance Operations Group of the U. S. Forest Service. He retired from the Forest Service in the position of Patrol Commander, Law Enforcement & Investigations for Arizona and New Mexico.
